For this month’s Chef’s Table\, we’ve curated a delicious Sicilian menu paired with wines from this impressive wine region surrounding one of the world’s most active volcanos\, Mt Etna. \nLocated near the East Coast of Sicily\, Mt Etna has become somewhat of a phenomenon in wine. In addition to having rich soils\, the height of Mount Etna (3\,326 meters above sea level)\, combined with its proximity to the Ionian Sea\, results in this terrain having a massive range of micro climates. The combination of diverse soils and abundant atmospheric conditions makes the slopes of Mount Etna a playground for wine growers. \nChef Lino is a big fan of wines from this region and is excited to share some of his favourites with you.
