Experience Autumn vegetables Sicilian-style in a degustation where vegetables are the true heroes, from rich truffles to vibrant purple Congo potatoes, it will be a visual and flavour extravagance.
This 8-course vegetarian degustation is all about celebrating local produce, with the menu formulated during Anthony Parisi’s recent visit to Olio with the newest vegetables in season. Olio and Parisi have a long and trusted relationship when it comes to supplying quality and freshness with a personal touch, and relationships with suppliers are integral to our restaurant. Expect delicious hand-made pumpkin ravioli, melt-in-your-mouth parmigiana and local wild-grown berries- you won’t be missing the meat at this degustation.
